If you have followed Caravanning with Kids for a while, you will know that we are huge fans of Ziplines and rope courses. Whenever we are travelling, we are always on the look out for a course because our kids (and Dad) absolute love it and always have a super fun time. Trees Adventure Yeodene Park opened in 2017 and is proving to be a popular location to visit when you explore the Great Ocean Road. We can’t wait to check it out – in the meantime – we asked the awesome team to tell us a bit more about Trees Adventure…

Positioned 20 meters above the Otway Forest floor is one of Victoria’s ultimate treetop adventures. With 80 different aerial challenges and 15 ziplines available for participants of all ages, Trees Adventure Yeodene Park is a truly unique, forest adventure for kids (and big kids at heart).

Trees Adventure Yeodene Park is the brainchild of two passionate entrepreneurs and friends, Marc Flaster and Nic Dansin and opened to the public in April 2017. Constructed from wooden platforms nestled around eucalypt tree trunks, it is essential for the park to have a minimal impact on the environment, enabling native trees to continue their development and growth.

Not just for the kids!

Take a break from road tripping and explore the treetops with your family as you climb, swing, and fly through native Australian bushland. Located exactly 15 minutes from Forrest and Colac, this adventure park is designed for visitors of all ages and types – tourists and locals alike.

Cables, ziplines, aerials obstacles and netting are suspended between each platform to create a maze of activities that provide visitors a truly unique experience. Visitors are offered a 2.5-hour session where they can choose from 8 different coloured courses, starting from 2 meters low and soaring all the way up to a dizzying 20-meter-high course.

Perfect for little Tarzans and older adrenaline junkies, Trees Adventure Yeodene Park offers an amazing eco-adventure for everyone. Located at 70 Possum Ridge Rd, Yeodene, the park is open Wednesday to Sunday, 10am-5pm and public and school holidays 10am-5pm (closed Christmas Day and New Year’s Day).

To book your adventure, visitors are encouraged to visit treesadventure.com.au or contact our friendly local team on 03 5233 4696.
